Have an issue? We have tissues! Return requests are administered on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our “Refund Policy” for eligible returns. Return requests must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return request, please send an email to support@ousiacare.com.The email must include the order number in the subject line along with a brief description of your return request. If your item was delivered damaged, please attach pictures of the damaged items.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Any request passed the 14-day window period cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returned items must be unused and/or unopened for full refunds. Return requests for items delivered damaged must include pictures for full refunds.

Exchanges can only be applied to damaged items. 

An email will be sent to you upon receiving your return. Your item will be inspected, thereafter a second email will be sent to you with the resolution of your request. If approved, please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to be processed. In rare instances, it may take up to 10 business days. The refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.

If you have yet to receive a refund after 3 – 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
